Instructions for ENROLLING each individual overnight camper

  • Consult our ENROLL page for general enrollment policies.
  • Read 2012 PARENT AND CAMPER SUMMER GUIDE and 2012 PARENT & CAMPER SUMMER GUIDE
  • A 2-step enrollment process is suggested especially if you must consult with your child’s pediatrician to complete required health forms.  If this applies to you, follow the 2-step process below, otherwise combine STEP 1 and STEP 2.
  • Complete STEP 1 below for each camper by May 15, 2012 then STEP 2 below for each camper no later than 2 weeks prior to your camper’s session. NOTE: You may combine STEP 1 & STEP 2 for your convenience.
  • To qualify for the $50 GENERAL EARLY ENROLLMENT DISCOUNT camper must be fully enrolled by completing STEP 1 & STEP 2 by May 1, 2012.  Fully enrolled means all forms and all fees (inc. Camp Store & Laundry Serv. deposit). 
  • To qualify for the $ SESSION 3 FIRST TIME CAMPER PROMO SPECIAL camper must be fully enrolled by completing STEP 1 & STEP 2 by June 1, 2012.  Fully enrolled means all forms and all fees (inc. Camp Store & Laundry Serv. deposit).

 

ALL FORMS MUST BE ORIGINALS – FAXED FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

$50 LATE FEE CHARGED FOR ALL ENROLLMENT APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 5/15/2012

$25 SERVICE FEE CHARGED IF ALL FORMS AND FEES (inc. Camp Store/Laundry Serv. deposits) ARE NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO SESSION START DATE

    (submit to confidentially request financial aid for your camper)
