Instructions for ENROLLING each individual overnight camper:
- Read 2010 PARENT & CAMPER SUMMER GUIDE
- Complete STEP 1 for each camper by May 15, 2010 then STEP 2 for each camper no later than 2 weeks prior to your camper’s session. NOTE: You may combine STEP 1 & STEP 2.
- To qualify for the $50 GENERAL EARLY ENROLLMENT DISCOUNT camper must be fully enrolled by completing STEPS 1 & 2 by May 1, 2010.
- To qualify for the $995 SESSION 3 FIRST TIME CAMPER SPECIAL camper must be fully enrolled by completing STEPS 1 & 2 by June 1, 2010.
ALL FORMS MUST BE ORIGINALS -FAXED FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
$50 LATE FEE CHARGED FOR ALL ENROLLMENT APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 5/15/2010

COMPLETE & SUBMIT REQUIRED FORMS WITH MINIMUM ONE-HALF DEPOSIT BY MAY 15, 2010 (OR FULL PAYMENT OF FEES & DEPOSITS BY MAY 1, 2010 FOR $50 EARLY ENROLLMENT DISCOUNT OR $995 SESSION 3 FIRST TIME CAMPER SPECIAL). You may combine STEP 1 & STEP 2.

- CONFIDENTIAL CAMPERSHIP & FINANCIAL AID FORM (submit to confidentially request financial aid for your camper)
