16: Fundraising Event at the home of William & Nikki Whittlesey of Massachusetts.

February

2010 Overnight & Day Camp Camper Enrollment Packets are sent to eligible camper families from past seasons as well as to all new camper families requesting enrollment information.

March

27: Fundraising Event at the home of Greg & Carol Minasian of Massachusetts.

April

10: Fundraising Event at the home Michael & Susan Guzelian of Massachusetts.

24: 95th Commemoration of the Armenian Genocide in Armenia and in many U.S. cities, and around the world.

May

1: General Early Enrollment Discount Deadline. In order to qualify for a $50 discount your Overnight Camper(s) or Day Camper(s) must be FULLY ENROLLED BY TODAY. FULLY ENROLLED MEANS ALL CAMP FEES, CAMP STORE & LAUNDRY DEPOSITS & ALL REQUIRED FORMS have been received (cannot combine with Session 3 First Time Camper Early Enrollment discounted session fee).

Volunteer Camp Clean-Up and Work Day 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

8: Fundraising Event at the home of Mark & Susan Pogharian of Pennsylvania.

15: Overnight and Day Camp Enrollment applications are due – after May 15 a $50 Late Enrollment Fee is in effect and an enrollment application may be wait-listed.

June

1: Session 3 First Time Camper Early Enrollment Special Fee deadline. In order to qualify for the reduced Session 3 fee of $995 your camper must be a FIRST TIME CAMPER AND FULLY ENROLLED BY TODAY. FULLY ENROLLED MEANS ALL CAMP FEES, CAMP STORE & LAUNDRY DEPOSITS & ALL REQUIRED FORMS have been received (cannot combine this discounted fee with General Early Enrollment discount).

5: Fundraising Event at the home of Jason & Nora Simonian of Massachusetts.

14: Teen Session and Day Camp Final Filing Deadline for all required forms (must be originals), outstanding session fee balances and camp store/laundry deposits.
$25 Service Fee
is in effect after
June 14.

20 (Sunday): Move-In Day for staff.

21 (Monday): Staff Training and Orientation begins 9:00 a.m. Mandatory for all staff.

26: Staff Training and Orientation ends 6:00 p.m.

27 (Sunday): Teen Session begins. Registration and admission at Main Camp Office (near gate) mandatory for parents and campers starting at 12 Noon – 4:00p.m., not before. You must complete registration prior to entering the lower camp.

Session 1 Final Filing Deadline for all required forms (must be originals), outstanding session fee balances and camp store/laundry deposits.$25 Service Fee is in effect after June 27.

28 (Monday): One-Week Day Camp begins. Registration and admission at Main Camp Office (near gate) mandatory for parents and campers starts at 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m., not before. You must complete registration prior to entering the Day Camp area.

July

2 (Friday): One-Week Day Camp ends. Day Camp families and friends are invited to last day “Hantes” program from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the Hye Hope Pavilion (please park in the picnic ground parking lot near the Day Camp area and walk to the lower camp.).

4 (Sunday): Teen Session Visiting Day for families and friends of Teen Session campers. 12 Noon – 4:00 p.m. (please park at the picnic ground parking lot and walk to the lower camp.)

11 (Sunday): Teen Session ends. Pick up Teen Session campers in the lower camp from 9:00 a.m. –Noon.

18 (Sunday): Session 1 Visiting Day for families and friends of Session 1 campers. 12 Noon – 4:00 p.m. (please park at the picnic ground parking lot and walk to the lower camp.)

25 (Sunday): Session 1 ends. Pick up Session 1 campers in the lower camp from 9:00 a.m. – Noon.

One-Week “Try It Out” Session for 1st time campers 8, 9 & 10 yrs. old begins. Registration and admission at Main Office (near gate) mandatory for parents and campers starting at 12 Noon – 4:00 p.m., not before. You must complete registration prior to entering the lower camp.

22(Sunday): Session 3 ends. Pick up Session 3 campers in the lower camp from 9:00 a.m. – Noon.

22-24 Noon: Post camp closedown activities for staff and volunteers.
