Staff Benefits
- Salaries for administrative positions are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Base full-summer salary for Counselors & Instructors is $350 per week.
- Paid Staff Training Week.
- Pay upgrades for current certifications (CPR, First Aid, WSI, Lifeguard etc.).
- Pay upgrades for returning staff.
- Lodging & meals provided. ($450 per week value).
- One 24-hour day off and one night off each 2-week session – shopping & entertainment venues nearby.

1. You must be at least 17 years of age to work at Camp Haiastan.
2. Deadline for Applications and all supporting materials is March 1, 2012 (incomplete applications will not be considered for an interview).
3. Candidates who have submitted complete applications by the deadline will contacted and interviewed in Feb. and March and notified of hire status as soon after the interview as possible.
4. You should be aware of the highly competitive nature of our selection process. We stress to all applicants by priority what is important to us in a staff candidate:
- Application and supporting documents received by the deadline.
- In most cases, returning staff in good standing are considered first.
- A strong interview.
- Full-season (9-week) work commitment – this includes Staff Training Week.
- If less than full-season commitment, you must be flexible and attend Staff Training Week.
