Staff Benefits
- Salaries for administrative positions are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Base full-summer salary for Counselors is $3,000 ($350 per week).
- Paid Staff Training & Orientation (not applicable to SIT’s).
- Pay upgrades for current certifications (CPR, First Aid, WSI, Lifeguard etc.).
- Pay upgrades for returning staff.
- Lodging & meals provided. ($450 per week value).
- One 24-hour day off each week – shopping & entertainment venues nearby.
- 50 min. to Boston via commuter rail – a car is not necessary.
- Access to 24-hour on-site Health Center and Registered Nurse.

Upon receipt of application, you will be contacted for a personal or telephone interview with the Executive Director and Camp Director. Successful candidates will then receive a Health History & Physical Examination Form, and an Offer of Employment/Employment Agreement along with other employment forms to be completed and returned before reporting to camp in June.
Please note that we check references and request criminal and sex offender history background checks on every applicant without exception.
